There are a lot of nice people on here! I really need to catch up on your niceness. Just... please know that even though I don't come on here as often anymore, I do see ALL the crazy-nice stuff you do and I feel MAD undeserving. So, for real thank you for being awesome!

Stuff has changed! I no longer have a website unfortunately. I also no longer wear glasses. And I don't go online that much because I am a grownup (maybe?) But I'm thinking I should post some more/different art. It's just that I always feel awkward about it because I've had this account since high school and I am a chronic online identity shedder.

Anyway mostly this is just about trying and failing to thank people properly, I confess I am kinda overwhelmed! So thank you!

So Dollie Diner is closed, and I have to admit it's nice not to have responsibilities to an online community. I will still keep checking here periodically though, and I want you to know all you DD girls are awesome! Thanks for art-ing with me!

I am not super into the whole community thing at the moment, but I always like to keep up with people 1-on-1, so you should feel totally free to send me a note if you want to do a collab (I love them) or just chat.

Also I have not really looked into the whole critique feature much yet, BUT I want everyone to know that if you have any desire to critique something of mine, that would rock!

Obligatory message on +favs: I am not going to clutter your page with "thanks for the +fav" messages unless I have some reason to think you would like that, BUT I do visit your gallery and check out your work/etc.

At the end of the month we are launching some psychotically awesome Halloween events at Dollie Diner, and I think a lot of us are over the "fall rush" of getting into school, so it is the perfect time to join, or check back in!

Speaking of Halloween, I haven't decided yet whether I'm going to blow a lot of money on a Star Trek (original series, gotta have the minidress lol) costume, or reuse one of my epic historical costumes from years past, or what.

Last week or something (I'm so busy I can hardly remember) I finally uploaded a ton of stuff from this summer so my DA is finally up to date! I later found that some dolls had mysteriously escaped the pogrom however, so you are always best off checking my site.

You should really check out Kate Beaton's historical comics, if you love history then they are better than anything!

DA Halp: Can anyone tell me how to make it stop displaying a "mood" when I post journals? I used it once and now it comes up at the bottom of new journals every time

Note on +favs: I am just assuming a lot of you do not want to have your page cluttered up with thank yous every time you +fav something (I don't!) - but I do notice and visit the page of everyone who gives me a +fav, I would leave you all messages if it didn't annoy some people

I have so much schoolwork, it's really awful. I have two tests tomorrow, at least one of which I'm pretty sure I'm going to do really badly in despite having worked hard in the course. And of course I always have tons of homework. Arrrgh I hardly even had a weekend at all, I need a day to relax.

Whine whine whine haha. In reality I'm not upset, I just wanted a new journal to get rid of the excessive old-ness of the last one.

Also you may have noticed I have a new icon, I love it!

In other news I'm all into the show Yes, Minister lately. It's about the perpetual war between politicians and the bureaucracy... yes the only show which involves characters so bad that the politicians are the *good* ones, haha.

Also I almost snorted water out my nose today because the kids on the talk radio show that was on before I read my newscast were all claiming that personal rights are a creation of the state. I'm like pshh no thanks Hitler haha.

Well back to numerical Fourier analysis, believe it or not that is the easiest thing I have to do right now. >_<
